HRnetics Academy was created by Claire Fitzgerald, a CIPD qualified HR leader with experience across complex, multi-site organisations.

The learning combines practical HR knowledge with hands-on experience of introducing AI into everyday work. It’s grounded in the questions, pressures and decisions that HR professionals and managers actually face.
